WHOLESALE INFORMATION

We stock and have access to a wide range of homewares and products - from Island inspired soft furnishing to clothing and accessories, we offer flexible buying quantities for our valued partners and stockists. We're happy to discuss your wholesale enquiries and any questions you may have.

TERMS & CONDITIONS

• Wholesale rates are available for approved Stockists, Trade Enquiries and Buyers.
• For all Wholesale orders, a minimum purchase amount of USD 1,500 applies and can be accumulated across a range of products.
• Minimum Order Quantities (MOQ) vary based on each product
• Where a Minimum Order is stated, this applies per design, size and colour.
• Orders can be placed via our Wholesale website or feel free to reach out to us at projects@thejungletrader.com
• The Jungle Trader will advise if there are any items that may not be available.
• All costs relating to Shipping, postage, packaging, custom boxes, bubble wrap and specialty wrapping are the responsibility of the Customer. Once we have received your order, we will send you a quote with the cost of items, production times (if required) and shipping times. All quotes are valid for 14 days.
• We will also provide an estimate cost for handling fees (if any) and shipping costs. Please note. from time to time, shipping and freight companies may change their prices or there may be variance in your products and packaging from initial estimate - we will do all that we can to communicate this to you.
• Payment terms - 50% deposit it required once quote has been approved. Balance is payable before items are shipped.

RETURNS POLICY

We can only accept returns within Indonesia and within 14 days of purchase. Due to the strict import/export laws of Indonesia we are unable to accept returns from overseas. If for some reason, there is a problem please email us immediately with imagery and a detailed description and we will endeavour to rectify the problem. It is important to us that you are happy with your Jungle Trader purchase.

PRODUCT & COLOUR DISCREPANCY

Photography is a wonderful thing but sometimes it can play tricks… we make every effort to photograph and measure items accurately. Please be advised that computer screen colour settings vary and can affect the way products appear on the screen. The Jungle Trader shall not be held responsible for any colour discrepancies. Many of our products are handmade, woven and dyed, so slight variances can occur. This is the nature of the product which to us adds to its beauty. The Jungle Trader will not be held responsible for slight variances.
