Returns & Exchanges

We want you to love your piece of The Jungle! Currently, we can only accept returns within Indonesia within 14 days of purchase. Due to Indonesia’s strict import/export regulations, we are unable to process international returns at this time.

If your order isn't quite right, please email us immediately with photos and a description. Your happiness is our priority, and we’ll do our absolute best to find a solution.

A Note on Colour & Craft

While we strive for perfection in our photography, please keep in mind that screen settings vary and may affect how colors appear. Many of our treasures are handmade, woven, and dyed by artisans; these slight variations are a signature of the craft and, in our eyes, make each piece uniquely beautiful. As such, The Jungle Trader cannot be held responsible for minor discrepancies in colour or finish.
