SHIPPING & DELIVERY

STORE PICKUP – BALI

Complimentary store pickup is available from The Jungle Trader, Jalan Pantai Berawa 46X, Berawa, Bali.

Orders are usually ready for collection within 24 hours. You will receive a notification when your order is ready.

GOJEK LOCAL DELIVERY – BALI

Local delivery is available throughout Gojek’s service area in Bali. Delivery is arranged by The Jungle Trader from our Berawa store.

Delivery charges are calculated based on your location and charged separately at the actual Gojek rate.

Our team will contact you via WhatsApp to confirm the delivery cost and arrange payment before dispatch.

JNE STANDARD SHIPPING – INDONESIA

We offer nationwide delivery within Indonesia using JNE.

Shipping charges are calculated according to parcel weight and destination and displayed at checkout.

Estimated delivery time is 3–5 business days, depending on your location.

DHL EXPRESS – INTERNATIONAL

International orders are shipped using DHL Express.

Shipping charges are calculated according to parcel weight and destination and displayed at checkout.

Estimated delivery time is 5–8 business days, depending on your destination and customs clearance.

International customers are responsible for any applicable import duties, taxes and customs fees.

REMOTE AREA DELIVERY

DHL may apply an additional delivery surcharge to certain regional and remote locations.

Where applicable, The Jungle Trader will contact you before dispatch to confirm the additional charge.

Any additional shipping charges will be payable separately before your order is dispatched.

LARGE & OVERSIZED ITEMS

For larger products, including selected lighting and furniture, shipping may require a customised quotation.

Our team will contact you to confirm shipping arrangements and costs before dispatch.
