Why must I request a quote?
Shipping for lighting and lanterns varies depending on size, quantity, and destination.

What is your return policy?
Unfortunately we can only accept returns within Indonesia and within 14 days of purchase. Due to the strict import/export laws of Indonesia we are unable to accept returns from overseas. If for some reason there is a problem please email us immediately with imagery and a detailed description and we will endeavour to rectify the problem. It is important to us that you are happy with your Jungle Trader purchase.
